THALER DEFENSE SYSTEMS — VISITOR POLICY

Thaler Defense Systems is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant, and professional environment for all personnel and visitors. To ensure the protection of our customers’ confidential information and compliance with U.S. Government regulations, all visitors must adhere to the following policy:

  1. Appointment Requirement

All visits to Thaler Defense Systems require a scheduled appointment. Walk-in visits are not permitted.
To schedule a visit, please contact your Thaler Defense Systems representative at 937-887-4328 or via email.

  1. Export Control Compliance

Thaler Defense Systems is registered with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and is subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

  • Non-U.S. Citizens, including individuals with dual citizenship, are not permitted to enter the facility without:
    • Prior written approval from executive leadership,
    • A detailed visit plan, and
    • Clearance from the Thaler Defense Systems Security team.

Possession of a valid passport does not guarantee entry and is only one part of the approval process.

  1. Check-In Procedure

All visitors must enter through the Main Office Entrance. Upon arrival:

  • Ring the doorbell for lobby access.
  • Present a valid form of photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, government-issued ID).
  • Complete required visitor documentation.
  • Receive a visitor badge, which must be worn at all times during the visit.
  1. Electronic Devices

No personal or unapproved electronic devices are permitted inside Thaler Defense Systems facilities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Mobile phones
  • Laptops, tablets, and smart watches
  • USB drives or external storage
  • Cameras or recording equipment

Pre-approval in writing from the Security team is required for any exceptions. Approved devices are subject to inspection upon arrival. Internet access is not guaranteed and must be granted by the Security team.

  1. Facility Access and Safety

Access to the shop floor and production areas is restricted. Visitors permitted beyond the lobby must comply with:

  • All safety protocols,
  • Proper attire (no open-toed shoes), and
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), which will be provided as necessary.
  1. Exit Protocol

Before departure, all visitors must:

  • Return their visitor badge,
  • Sign out, and
  • Undergo a security check-out process as applicable.
  1. Confidentiality and Compliance

Thaler Defense Systems upholds the highest standards for protecting controlled information and sensitive government work. We strictly enforce compliance with all relevant defense and security regulations.

Failure to comply with this visitor policy may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the premises,
  • Permanent revocation of visitation privileges, and
  • Potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
